Mosquito Services
Mosquito services are intended to cut down on mosquito activity around the home so you and your family can enjoy being outside when the weather is nice. Through the use of chemical and non-chemical services we can work together to ensure the highest success.
This service is based on square footage of the cleared grounds to be treated. We will gladly treat yards and tree lines and even in some wooded areas if its clear enough and safe to walk. We will not treat in areas where there is an edible garden or blooming flowers. If we find conducive conditions, then we will let you know so a solution can be found.
You can choose if you want this monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly. Any addons will need to coincide with this choice. If you choose bi-monthly or quarterly, you understand this is not the typical time frame recommended for mosquito service. If mosquitos continue to exceed intolerable levels, then you will need to switch to bi-monthly or monthly.
This is the option to choose if you want yard treatment for mosquitoes/ticks/fleas and basic pest control. This service includes four gallons per roughly a 1/2 acre. However, this may incur an additional charge ($20/gal) if you have more than a 1/2 acre or the provider needs to use more than four gallons. This will also provide a preventative for fleas in the yard in the treatment area.
We combine a treatment that kills adult mosquitos with a growth regulator to slow down the breeding and a boost of efficacy for the first application. We will also treat standing water sites on the property to stop larva development if the water source cannot be emptied. This may also incur an additional fee depending on how many treatment methods we need to use beyond what is included. You will be notified if this is the case before we do it.
For the pest control portion, it does not include spider/web/wasp removal, door/window treatment, or general pest bait in the yard. If you also want these services, then it can be added on for half the normal rate of the monthly service.
If you want us to come out and treat more often than what is agreed upon then it will be an additional fee. We can also come out several days before an outdoor event on request. Please notify us at least a week ahead of the event in question so we have some time to get the appointment scheduled.
The rate for this service doesn't change regardless of frequency as we use premium products and thorough management of all life stages, not just adults.
Just like any other mosquito service we cannot guarantee 100% eradication due to neighbors and environment however you should at least be able to enjoy your yard or patio again without being harassed by mosquitos.
