GA Dept of Agriculture restored as a Law Enforcement Agency

New Inspector General and Law Enforcement Division Director Harlan Proveaux has been hired onto the Dept of Agriculture team and together with Commissioner Harper restore the Dept of Agriculture as a Law enforcement Agency.
