Rodent Services

We offer bait and/or trapping options for rodents depending on customer preference.  If the rodents have made their way into the home, then trapping is offered for inside.  However, we can also provide preventative bait services for outdoors.  These can be maintained on a monthly, every other month, or quarterly basis according to need.  We will check if the bait has been eaten and refill it as needed as well as clean it out if debris has gotten into it.  Service does require purchase of the station and it is yours to keep even if services end.  Damage to the device where it is no longer usable will incur a replacement fee.  We do not do interior baiting nor exclusion services.

We would be more than happy to provide these services for you however they're not being offered as stand-alone services.  If you want to bundle this with regular exterior pest control or mosquito service that is fine.  However, if not, then the more cost-efficient solution is to purchase the black plastic snap traps (not the wood ones) from most any big store (Walmart, Home Depot, Amazon, Lowes, etc) and put some Nutella in the bait reservoir and set them out where evidence of rodents has been found with the claw facing towards any flat or wall surface.  These are then re-usable if they do catch something, don't throw them away.   Feel free to txt or call us if you have any questions.
