This is the initial or one time service all new customers are required to receive before any maintenance cleans can be scheduled. This service gets our techs familiar with your home and lets you know what to expect from your service.

This is the standard cleaning service provided after the initial deep clean is completed. We do bi-weekly, or monthly. You choose what works best for your home and your budget. Get back the freedom of time to do what you want to do rather than having to worry about chores.

This is a deep clean combined with pest treatment. We will bundle many of our services into one when also treating for roaches, pantry pests, and/or bed bugs. This can be for whole home or targeted locations such as kitchen/pantry or bedrooms.
Additional Information
We also do move-in/move-out for renters or owners regardless of pest activity or not. Severe cases such as hoarding situations are encouraged to reach out to us.
Commercial services also available for cleaning and/or pest control service bundles.
Interior Pest Control
Attention: We always endeavor to use premium products rather than what is the cheapest available. Due to this, we offer premium services at premium rates. In environmental health risk situations such as bedbugs and roaches we do offer more affordable and accessible services than most but have premium packages available.
Roaches can be treated without the cleaning service however this will take a lot longer. It is best to bundle these services. However if you are not able to then we do offer it as a stand-alone service. This is a monthly service for at minimum three months, six months preferred, and a year guarantees removal. We do not have a contract however if you choose to cancel service before the year ends then guarantee is void.
Now offering a program unheard of in the industry! You can build your own bedbug package based on what you are capable of managing.
We have three options to choose from; basic, premium, and deluxe.

Pantry pests are a common occurrence. While they are not harmful, they can get out of hand if not delt with quickly. This service is an add-on for the specialty deep clean for the kitchen or can be chosen as a one-time pantry clean.

Bedbugs have an add-on option for vehicle treatment (including school buses, Uber, Taxis) as well as preventative services for places like AirB&B or other short-term rentals.

Roaches and Bedbugs also have a remote consultation option for those that cannot afford the service and would prefer to do it themselves.

Exterior Services

Trash Bin Wash

This is a yard cleaning service for collecting leaf litter, raking mulch away from the home, bush trimming and branch collection. Additionally, we offer trash bin cleaning for spider webbing or wasp nest removal as well as to de-odorize and remove debris from inside so it can be treated for fly prevention.
Flea service is a stand-alone inside/outside service or can be an addon to a pest control service. As a stand-alone this is a bi-weekly service to address a current infestation. You will be required to cancel this service once results are to your satisfaction.
Additional Information
All services above may at any point require use of your water spigot on the exterior of the home or a power outlet inside. Please be aware of this as technicians may not ask to use it since it is listed here.

Structural Pests
We do not do any services involving structural work. This includes termites, powder post beetles, wood fungus or moisture issues. We also do not do structural modifications to prevent rodents, birds, or bat activity. We also do not do insulation or moisture barriers. We can, however, request an inspection for you to get these things taken care of by another company.

Lawn Care/Misc Services
We do offer ant services which are targeted spot treatments of mounds or ant nests in the yard however this is not lawn treatment. We do not mow or treat lawns to remove beneficial insects or others that live in it. At this time we do not do catch/removal of live animals though that may change in the future. We do have someone we can contact for honey bee removal.

Pressure Washing
We are not an exterior house cleaning service so we do not offer pressure washing. See info in Yard Cleanup for details on debris that we do handle.
