Short-term Rentals Recurring Turnover
Short-term rental recurring turnover cleans are cleans after a guest leaves and before a new one arrives. These cleans include some things on the maintenance list and some things we don't generally provide for the standard cleaning service. Can be bundled with pest control and/or bedbug/roach prevention. These are always treated as semi-deep cleans. Despite not needing a lot of scrubbing, these turnovers do require more work than the standard recurring service if you want them done thoroughly. These can be customized by the host. Homes have a base rate by sqft however items marked with * are not included by default and have an addon fee.

Living Spaces
Kitchen
Check for any damages
Check locks and close entry doors
Report beeping from smoke or carbon monoxide detector
Set thermostat to designated temperature
Unplug game systems and TVs. Check condition. Sanitize remote.
Check for stains and change cushion covers if needed
Verify couches/chairs are bedbug free
Check under furniture for items/trash
Make sure board games, movies, and books are neat
Clean and rearrange pillows, blankets, table covers, etc
Dust/wash and lock windows/blinds
Dust tables
Dust decor where safe
Ensure welcome book is visible and in good condition
Dust ceiling fans/lights
Vacuum/sweep/mop floors
Ensure visually appealing display
Verify fireplace has no ashes and firewood is stacked neat
Bathrooms
Check for damages
Clean and scrub floors, bathtub, and shower area
Ensure shower curtain/doors are free of mold/water spots
Clean mirrors
Dust/Clean windows
Dust/Wash and lock windows
Dust/vacuum vents/fans
Sanitize toilet, sinks, tub/shower, vanity, backsplashes
Tidy accessory items
Verify drawers and cabinets are empty of guest items
Empty trash, sanitize
Replenish shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers
Refill toilet paper/tissues, staged appropriately
Replace used towels with new, staged appropriately
Check for damages
Verify free of bugs (roaches)
Wash the dishes
Remove trash and sanitize
Clean horizontal surfaces
Check/wipe clean inside oven and drawer
Check/wipe clean inside dishwasher
Check and wipe clean refrigerator
Check ice or water dispensers
Mop/Vacuum floors
Refill soap dispensers
Refill paper towels, napkins, dish towels, & sponge
Put dishes away
Ensure visually appealing display
Deep Clean Interior Appliances (+fee)
Bedrooms
Check for damages
Check for stains on the bedsheets and mattress
Verify beds are free of bedbugs
Change bedsheets and pillowcases
Empty trash bin
Dust ceiling fans
Ensure closets and drawers are empty
Dust furniture and windows (lock)
Vacuum/sweep/mop floors
Ensure closets have an extra set of linens
* Laundry
Ensure washer/dryer are empty, clean out lint trap
Wipe down machines including seals and leave open
Wash floor
Remove trash and clean/sanitize
Ensure laundry provisions are stocked
Ensure iron, ironing board, and distilled water are available
* Garage & Outdoor
Dispose of all trash and recycling
Sweep
Ensure owner items are secured
Wipe off patio set and straighten cushions
Wipe down BBQ grill and tools
Ensure outdoor lights are functional
Remove any cigarette butts and pet feces
Sweep porch and dust entry door
